Why this exists

Your body grew a whole human, then brought them into the world, and now you're running on four hours of broken sleep with a baby on your hip and a to-do list that never ends. Most glow up plans were not built for that life. They assume you can meal-prep on Sunday, wake before the house, and find an uninterrupted hour. A baby does not care about your schedule.
Glow Up starts from the opposite assumption: you already know what to do, and something specific keeps getting in the way. Maybe it's the breastfeeding hunger at 3am. Maybe it's the pelvic floor that still isn't ready for jumping jacks. Maybe it's the mental load of keeping a tiny human alive leaving no room to plan a single meal. That something is usually not willpower. It's a mismatch between the plan and your actual life as a mum.
So the first thing we do is name it. Start your Glow Up with a plain-language reflection on the pattern you're in, with no shame attached and no pressure to "bounce back." If you want the full 30 days after that, it's there, built to fit around feeds, naps, and the chaos, not against it.
Glow Up is a wellness and education tool. It doesn't diagnose anything, doesn't prescribe treatment and doesn't promise results. If you're dealing with breastfeeding concerns, pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti, a medical condition, medication questions, low mood or a difficult relationship with food, that belongs with your doctor, midwife, physiotherapist, dietitian or mental health professional, and we'll always point you there. This is a starting point that respects how much you've already put in.
Glow Up is general wellness and education content. It is not medical, nutrition or mental health advice, and it is not a substitute for care from your doctor, midwife, pelvic health physiotherapist, lactation consultant or dietitian. Read the health disclaimer.
