You can filter by several tags at once. Recipes, the meal planner and smart grocery list unlock with the monthly or annual membership. The planner scales any recipe and turns your week into a grocery list sorted by aisle.

90 videos from independent creators on YouTube, covering Cardio, Weights, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Core, Butt & Thighs and Pelvic Floor. It is completely free, and the videos are third-party content you follow at your own risk after getting clearance from your provider.

Can I filter recipes and workouts?

Yes. Recipes can be filtered by multiple tags at once, and movement sessions by category. Both can also be filtered by how much energy you have today, so bare minimum days only show the quickest options, and you can heart anything to find it again under your saved list.

Is Glow Up safe while breastfeeding?

Accepted Answer

Glow Up doesn't give breastfeeding advice. Anything to do with milk supply, feeding or weaning belongs with your GP, midwife, child health nurse or a lactation consultant, and we'll always point you there rather than trying to answer it.

Can I do the movement sessions if I have diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues?

Please speak to your doctor or a pelvic health physiotherapist before starting any exercise after birth, especially with diastasis recti or pelvic floor symptoms. The videos are made by third-party creators and aren't tailored to your body, so stop if anything hurts, leaks, or domes through your abdomen.
