  • Do not resell, redistribute, republish or share paid content, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Do not use Glow Up to give clinical or professional advice to other people.
  • Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to break the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to harass anyone.

7. Third-party content

the movement library links to videos published by independent creators on YouTube. Those videos remain their creators' property, they are viewed on YouTube under YouTube's terms, and we do not endorse, supervise or take responsibility for them. Following any workout is at your own risk.

8. AI-generated content

Roadmaps are generated with the help of AI using the answers you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided as general information only. We review our prompts for safety but cannot guarantee any individual output, and you should never rely on it in place of professional advice.

9. Intellectual property

Glow Up's name, branding, written content, recipes and roadmap structure belong to us. Your personal roadmap is yours to use for yourself. Everything else is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while your access lasts.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Glow Up available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms - material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to use Glow Up after that means you accept them.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Glow Up is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
